LegalTerms of Service
The ground rules for using this website and our services.
Last updated: July 2026 · These terms cover this website. Your signed client agreement governs the service itself, and it prevails if the two ever conflict.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to everyone who visits corewavecredit.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What we provide
CoreWave Credit is a credit repair organization. We review consumer credit reports, identify items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, and prepare and submit disputes on our clients' behalf. Our services are described on our Services page and in full in your client agreement.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score change, item removal, or timeline. The consumer reporting agencies and the furnishers of disputed information decide the outcome of every dispute — we do not. Any figures, charts, or examples shown on this website are illustrations for design purposes and are not client data or representations of typical results.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on this website or communicated by us is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. We are not a law firm and we are not your attorney. For advice about your specific legal or financial position, consult a licensed professional.
5. Your responsibilities as a client
For us to do our job, you agree to:
- Give us accurate and complete information, and update us when it changes
- Forward correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus or creditors promptly
- Not ask us to dispute information you know to be accurate
- Keep your payment method current while your account is active
- Keep your client portal login credentials confidential
If you ask us to do something we believe is unlawful or dishonest, we'll decline, and we may end the relationship.
6. Fees, billing, and cancellation
Our fees are $75 per month for an individual and $125 per month for two people in the same household, with no setup fee. Fees are billed monthly to the payment method on file, beginning on your enrolment date.
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, without penalty. You also have a federal right to cancel your signed contract within three business days of signing it, at no charge — see our disclosure page.
Refund terms are set out in your client agreement. If you have a billing concern, contact us — we'd rather sort it out directly than have you dispute a charge.
7. Third-party services
Our client portal, payment processing, and enrolment forms are provided by third-party platforms. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We choose our providers carefully, but we don't control their systems.
8. Website content and intellectual property
The text, design, logo, and other content on this site belong to CoreWave Credit. You're welcome to read, print, and share pages for personal use. Please don't copy the content or branding for commercial use without our permission.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or up to date. We may change or remove content at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other consumer protection law — including your right to sue a credit repair organization that violates that Act.
11. Ending the relationship
You may cancel at any time. We may end the relationship if you don't pay, if you ask us to act unlawfully, or if we conclude we can't genuinely help you — in which case we'll tell you why and stop billing you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CoreWave Credit is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of protections you're entitled to under the law of the state where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
14. Contact
